Our Process
The process consists of family members channeling seawater into a series of clay-lined ponds. The wind and sun evaporates the ocean water, leaving mineral-rich brine to concentrate. Family members briskly stimulate this live mixture, and dazzling salt crystals form. The SEA SALT is then gathered by hand in order to maintain a clean, pristine environment. This harvesting method preserves the vital balance of the minerals found in Tropical Sea Salt. Utilizing this traditional method, Tropical Sea Salt is a pure and natural unprocessed sea salt with trace minerals. The results have indicated that this sea salt contains a good balance of essential trace elements.
